Pabrai’s philosophy is "Dhandho Investing"—low-risk, high-uncertainty situations. His mantra is: "Heads I win, tails I don’t lose much." He looks for extremely cheap stocks in industries that are currently out of favor, often focusing on "spawning" companies that can successfully launch new businesses from their core cash flow.
