These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Butterfly Market Insider and the subscriber regarding the “BMInsider Pro” subscription and all related digital content, including the Smart Money Tracker, portfolio analyses, and premium financial data.

  • All content is for informational and educational purposes only.
  • Nothing on this website constitutes a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security.
  • Investing involves significant risk. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions.

3. Subscription Plans & Billing

By selecting a membership level (e.g., “Pro”, “Level 2”), you agree to the following:

  • Recurring Payments: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) as selected during checkout.
  • Price Adjustments: We reserve the right to change our pricing. Any price changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days in advance.
  • Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

4. Right of Withdrawal & Refunds

According to EU digital content regulations:

  • Immediate Access: By subscribing and gaining immediate access to our premium data (e.g., the Smart Money Tracker), you explicitly consent to the immediate performance of the contract.
  • Waiver: You acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the digital content has been accessed or downloaded.
  • Refunds: Generally, all sales are final. Partial refunds for unused subscription periods are not provided unless required by mandatory local law.

5. Intellectual Property & Usage Restrictions

The content provided is the proprietary property of Butterfly Market Insider.

  • Personal Use Only: Your membership is for your individual, non-commercial use.
  • Strict Prohibition: You may not redistribute, resell, share your login credentials, or use “scraping” tools to extract data from our site. Violations will lead to an immediate ban without a refund.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Butterfly Market Insider shall not be liable for:

  • Any financial losses incurred by the User.
  • Accuracy or completeness of the 13F filing data (as it is sourced from third-party SEC filings).
  • Temporary downtime of the website or technical glitches.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Membership Account dashboard. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Pro features until the end of your current paid billing period.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Austria.
