3. Collection & Storage of Personal Data
Server log files: When you visit our website, our hosting provider automatically records technical information, including browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL, hostname of the accessing device, IP address and the time of the server request. This data cannot be attributed to specific individuals and is not merged with other data sources. It is processed to ensure the secure and stable operation of the website. User accounts: If you register for our Portfolio Tracker or a membership, we store your e-mail address, your username and, optionally, your name in order to provide the service and fulfil our contractual obligations. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract).
4. Cookies, Consent & Push Notifications
Cookie consent management: We use Google’s Consent Management Platform (Google’s consent message / “Privacy & messaging”, provided by Google Ireland Ltd., Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). It is a CMP registered under the IAB Transparency & Consent Framework (TCF v2.2) and integrated with Google Consent Mode v2. 5. Google AdSense & Advertising Cookies

6. Payment Processing & Newsletter
Payment processing: For paid services (memberships, 100X Insider Reports, Personal Stock Analysis) we use Stripe and PayPal. Payment data is processed directly by the respective payment provider and is not stored on our servers. Privacy policies: stripe.com/privacy and paypal.com/privacy.
Newsletter: Our newsletter is sent via Zoho Mail. You can withdraw your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) at any time using the unsubscribe link included in every e-mail.
7. Hosting
Our website is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany. Hetzner processes access data on our behalf under a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. The data remains within the European Union. Privacy policy: hetzner.com/privacy.
8. Third-Party Services
Yahoo Finance API — used for stock prices, dividend data and other financial data. No personal data is transmitted to Yahoo.
YouTube, Twitch, Kick — used for embedded livestreams. When this content is loaded, data may be transmitted to the respective platforms. Privacy policies: Google/YouTube, Twitch, Kick.
TradingView — we use embedded financial widgets provided by TradingView Inc. (USA). When these widgets are loaded, data (including your IP address) may be transmitted to TradingView. Privacy policy: tradingview.com/privacy-policy.
Chart.js / CDN — used to render charts, loaded via cdnjs.cloudflare.com.
9. Affiliate Links & Partner Programs
This website contains affiliate links to partner programs, including but not limited to Financeads and Plus500. If you click on such a link and subsequently open an account or carry out a transaction, we may receive a commission.
In this process, technical data (e.g. your IP address, click date and referral ID) may be transmitted to the respective affiliate network operator. This processing is based on our legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (proof of remuneration for referral services).
Affiliate links are kept separate from editorial content and are recognizable as such. These partnerships do not affect our editorial independence.
