Robo-advisor

German: Robo-Advisor

An online service that automatically invests money in a portfolio of mostly low-cost ETFs based on a questionnaire.

Robo-advisors handle selection, rebalancing and sometimes tax-loss harvesting for an annual fee, typically 0.25–1% plus fund costs. For investors who don’t want to manage things themselves, they can be a cheap alternative to traditional wealth management.
